EMERALD CAVE, KOH MOOK
Emerald Cave is a sea cave located on Koh Mook, within the Mu Koh Trang National Park. Situated on the western side of the island, visitors must float as a group through the cave's entrance. The waters here shimmer in a stunning emerald green, and when sunlight touches the surface, the effect is mesmerizing. A guide is required to lead the way through the narrow 80-meter tunnel. Once inside, you'll discover a large cavern with fine white sand and natural light streaming down from above, surrounded by towering cliffs.
Koh Mook itself is a peaceful island that has preserved its natural charm and simple way of life. The local inhabitants engage in fishing, coconut farming, and rubber tapping. The island features two beautiful beaches: Farang Beach and Sabai Beach, both with soft, white sands—perfect for swimming and sunbathing. These beaches also offer stunning views of both the sunrise and sunset, making it a truly tranquil getaway.
